No Doubt "Settle Down" Music Video

This morning I turned on the television, and No Doubt was performing their new hit, “Settle Down,” on the ABC television morning news program Good Morning America (GMA).   I must admit it was an awesome performance, and No Doubt still rocks after all these years.   Here is No Doubt new music video to their hit song, “Settle Down” I found on Youtube.

Weider X Factor ST Exercise DVDs

After reading reviews online about different exercise DVDs, and giving some thought, I decided to take the plunge and buy an exercise DVD, but instead of buying one DVD, I bought the XFactor:ST 12 DVDs workout program by Weider.  I started today with the workout DVDs and found it to be fun and difficult at the same time.

Now that I've start to workout with XFactor:ST DVDs program,  I decided I should  make preparations by setting my alarm clock  for the morning so I won’t skip a day.

Here is a small incoherent random rant about the onion.

I'm coming out of the closet I dislike onions.  I really don’t care about the health benefits of the onion, if I want get all the vitamins of the onion, a.k.a, "the devil's candy", I will go take vitamin supplement or eat another vegetable.
