A week ago I weighed my
myself and did not like what I saw on
the scale, I need to lose 45pounds . This
week I am happy to say I lost 5 pounds by exercising and using “The Biggest
Loser Food Scale”. I can’t wait see how
many pounds I ‘ll have lost at the end month, but for now I’ll have fun keep on
keeping on exercising an watching what I eat and drink.
